At EdgeTech Consulting, LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Because all our products are digital downloads (e-books, templates, toolkits, workbooks, and bundles), they are non-tangible and non-returnable once downloaded.

Refunds

• Refunds are generally not provided after a purchase is completed and files are delivered, as digital products cannot be returned.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., technical delivery issues or duplicate purchase), please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
• All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
